A General Concern
Report any general concern and city personnel will help provide a solution. If your concern is not listed here, please report a general concern to the main reception at Anoka City Hall. Your concern will then be distributed to the appropriate department.

Please let us know if you have any complaints/grievances regarding compliance to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA Compliance).

Code Enforcement
Report blight, property maintenance and other code enforcement issues to the Community Development Department.

Pothole
Potholes are handled by the Street Division of Public Services. If there is a pothole in your street or you see one on a city street, the Public Services Department can help. Report it today!

Power Outage
If your power is out, Anoka Municipal Utility would like to know and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Anoka Municipal Utility will address any street light issues. If you see a street light out, AMU would like to know. Report it today!

Tree Branch in Power Line
If a tree branch has fallen onto a power line or is too close to a line, do not attempt to remove it yourself. The Anoka Municipal Utility would like to know and assist as soon as possible.
